Michael segued from liberal arts into culinary management, and never looked back. He holds associate degrees from both programs and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at University of South Florida. While honing his skills in the kitchen, he also holds a part-time role in the retail industry to gain experience in customer service and operations. Michael says every experience is a steppingstone toward his goal. When he’s not studying or at work, you can find him “exploring new cuisines and seeking opportunities for my personal and professional growth.” Upon graduation, his goal is to secure a role in hospitality management.
