Join us for an exclusive five-course culinary experience at Haven as we celebrate the rare intersection of world-class Burgundy and refined culinary artistry.

Haven is honored to host its first Old World Bern’s Winefest wine dinner celebrating the renowned wines of Domaine Tollot-Beaut, one of Burgundy’s most respected family domaines. For one extraordinary evening, guests will explore the depth, elegance, and heritage of these exceptional wines — guided personally by Winemaker Nathalie Tollot-Beaut.

Throughout the evening, Nathalie will share stories from the vineyards of Côte de Beaune and offer insight into the philosophy and precision behind each pour.

To complement this celebrated portfolio, Executive Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine Lynnessa Hughes have crafted a thoughtfully curated five-course menu. Each dish has been meticulously paired to highlight the structure, nuance, and balance of Tollot-Beaut wines, creating a seamless dialogue between glass and plate.

*Please note that due to the format of this event; allergies and dietary substitutions cannot be accommodated. Menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice.

All guests must be 21+, and tickets are non-transferable.

Nathalie Tollot
Domaine Tollot-Beaut

Born in Dijon, Nathalie Tollot has dedicated her career to the art of viticulture and oenology. Since joining her family at Domaine Tollot-Beaut at the age of 20, she has worked alongside her father, uncles, and cousin to uphold the estate’s storied legacy.

With a technical background in oenology and business from her studies in Beaune, Nathalie balances the management of the Domaine with a passion for hospitality. As the primary ambassador for the estate, she finds her greatest professional joy in welcoming visitors and sharing the family’s multi-generational passion for winemaking.

A long-time advocate for the industry, Nathalie also served as President of the GJPV (Group of Young Professionals of the Vine), where she mentored young winemakers on marketing and the preservation of the wine-growing environment. Today, she focusses on estate management and passing her families passion onto their wine-loving visitors.
