Join us for a night of pushing boundaries and exploring the impacts of distillation methods, barrel types, aging environments, and cask strength bottling. Kye Christie and Stefanie Bair from Barrell Craft Spirits are industry trailblazers passionate about delighting aficionados and novices alike. They will guide you along as they showcase some of their favorite experiments paired with equally unique courses prepared by the Haven culinary team.

Stefanie Bair
Director of Sales, US

Stefanie joined Barrell Craft Spirits as a Brand Development Manager for the Mountain/North territory in November 2019. During her time at BCS, Stefanie has had multiple promotions including Sr. BDM (Regional Manager) in June 2021, Director of Sales – West in January 2022, and her current role of Director of Sales – US in January 2023. She is responsible for the direct management of the BCS sales team, on the ground execution of BCS’s go-to-market strategy and collaborating with the Chief Commercial Officer on distribution management and identifying key commercial opportunities across the US. Prior to joining the team at Barrell, Stefanie worked in New York City as an On-Premise Specialist for William Grant & Sons. She now resides in Denver, Colorado.

Kye Christie
Brand Development Manager, Western Florida

Kye joined Barrell Craft Spirits as a Brand Development Manager for the west Florida market in September 2022.  Prior to joining BCS, Kye spent 16 years representing thousands of wine & spirit brands with Republic National Distributing as an On and Off Premise Brand Manager.  He was an integral part of the Jim Beam portfolio team involved in sales, marketing, events and promotions. Kye also spent 6 years in the craft beer and cider industry with Artisanal Brewing Ventures working as an Area Manager for Oklahoma, Tennessee and Florida. Kye resides in Tampa, Florida.
