Raise your glass and toast. Over the years Bern's has taken the opportunity to archive some very special whiskies. On this night, Katherine O'Nan, Michter's Forcasting and Planning Manager, will guide us through the Michter's 'Toasted Barrel' lineups going back to 2014. All 1oz. pours will be paired with 5 courses prepared by Executive Chef Chad Johnson, Martin deJesus and the Haven Culinary Team.

Katherine O'Nan

Katherine O’Nan is the Forecasting, Blending and Planning Manager for Michter’s Distillery where she ­­­enjoys working towards aging barrels in Michter’s portfolio to their peak maturity for all Michter’s releases. Katherine has worked in many roles at Michter’s including distillery and warehouse operations. Prior to her current role, she joined the Michter’s team as their first intern and also has experience at various Scotch and Canadian whisky distilleries. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering holding a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Management.
