Guests will be treated to a luxurious five-course dinner inside Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits featuring hand-picked selections from the Bern's Steak House cellar. Berns proprietor David Laxer and wine director Eric Renaud scour the Berns cellar for each years selections. Every curated wine is delightfully paired with a dish from one of our restaurants esteemed chefs; Brent Hunt, Martin DeJesus, Gerry Sizemore,  Habteab Hamde, Chad Johnson, Jonathan Atanacio, Adam Hyatt, and Summer Bailey will each create a special plating for this over the top, once in a lifetime dinner.

We are grateful to our sponsor  Moët Hennessy for providing the reception pour as we raise funds for scholarships granted through the James Beard Foundation.
