Executive Chef Adam Hyatt of the Epicurean Hotel will host a delightful seminar celebrating the best things in life, bubbles and breakfast - for dinner! The evening will include five of your favorite Champagnes from the Moët Hennessy collection in harmony with a bright play on some of your favorite breakfast items. Waking up late never felt so good!

We are grateful to our sponsor Moët Hennessy for helping us pair each course with a delightful Champagne as we raise funds for the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship granted through the James Beard Foundation.
